Hello All, We are a quiet, and I do mean quiet couple lol. We are currently looking for a new place to call home. We travel a lot at times and basically looking for a place that is cozy, some where that we can be settled into minus the loud music, fighting, drama, and craziness. We are currently located pass Kennesaw at this time in a shared rooming deal. The place where we stay has seriously got out of control and we wont to find a place where we can reside for more than 6 months - a year. We pay rent on time and a lot of times early. We have a rental history with real references and phone numbers and addresses of the places we have stayed. My husband travels a lot for work and I am a college student. We are in our mid and late 20's, no children, no pets just us. We mainly keep to ourselves and never ask for anything. We are not big on party people and thieves, and those that lie. We have our own transportation, guaranteed money, independent, and never in the way. We are actually looking for a place that is of the same deal we are in now and have been over the years. The place we stay now we pay 500 a month, utilities are included. We share a bathroom but we have the larger room of the other roommates. We share common area and kitchen as well. If you have something of the same type or better please contact us. We are NOT looking to pay rent plus utilities because we have always stayed in nice areas such as canton, woodstock, and marietta with rent and utilities included.
