Hello student or working roommate! I have a Furnished room for Rent in Cleburne. The last student roommate loved living with us. I take pride in keeping my new home clean, so I do expect my roommate to be somewhat tidy. The furnished room has a new bed, side table with a lamp, new corner computer desk with a very comfortable portable chair, ceiling fan and a nice closet. There is enough room in my garage for about 4 large boxes for storage. Quiet street parking is available. Please, no company sleep overs. A shared bathroom with a very respectful person who works 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. The shared bathroom has never been an issue. We are both, very easy going, friendly individuals. I love to cook and do so about four days a week. So meals would be available if you'd like to help with food expenses. I'm a scuba diver and yes, I swim with sharks and whales. I have traveled extensively, enjoy Country music, Rhythm and blues and R & B, dancing, gardening and am very spiritual. I have 2 daughters and one beautiful 6 year old granddaughter! 1st and last month's rent is due upon move in date. Rent is $670.00 per month and a $650.00 deposit. This includes WYFI, Electric, Water & Garbage We are looking for a FEMALE ROOMMATE. Nonsmoker, drug free and I'm Sorry, no pets or children. Walking distance from downtown, quiet, lovely neighbors. Month to month rent. We look forward to meeting you.
